Summer Foraging, Wild Medicine & Folklore Walk (Sunday 15th September)
Join me in the beautiful medieval village of Lavenham in Suffolk for one of my popular foraging, wild medicine and folklore walks where we learn about foraging for food and medicine as an act of nature connection, how to foster our sacred relationship with the land through getting to know the plant beings more deeply, and why learning how to identify, and communicate with wild plants is a vital part of our journey back to our natural selves.
Each walk starts with the burning of herbs, and an offering to all participants of Bernadette’s handmade flower essences to deepen connection to plant spirit communication. We send our intentions out to the plant beings and ask their permission to use them in our learning.
On booking you will receive a confirmation by email. Nearer the day of the walk I will send details of the exact meeting point. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water if it is a hot day. You may wish to bring a notebook and pen, or just listen and allow the voices of nature to come through.
This walk takes place on Sunday September 15th at 11am and lasts around two hours.
More dates will be added later in the year.
Children are welcome to come along for free, but please let me know if you intend to bring any. Dogs are also welcome, again please just let me know.
The walks are relatively flat and gentle, but please contact me if you have questions about the suitability of the walk for your level of fitness or health.
If you would prefer to pay cash on the day please email me directly to book your space.
